Our legal practice is seeking to hire an Implementation Specialist. If you are seeking a role as a Billing Clerk, this role is similar. You will compile data, compute charges, prepare invoices, send follow-up emails, and update reports.
Implementation is the process of ensuring that the firm and our clients are paid what is owed on judgments. In addition, you will ensure that client invoices (primarily flat fees) are paid when due and recorded appropriately.
Responsibilities:
Generate invoices from our time entries
Help team members enter time entries
Prepare invoices for distribution
Ensure invoices are sent timely and in line with client agreements and policies
File claims
Follow up on reminders and updated balances
Update reporting on anticipated payments for management
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
